Grilled Cheese Roll-Ups

These melty grilled cheese roll-ups wrap sharp cheddar inside Mini Spinach Lavash for a fun, crispy twist on a classic comfort food. They’re quick to cook, perfectly golden on all sides, and even better dunked in warm tomato soup!

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Atoria’s Family Bakery Mini Spinach Lavash Wraps
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • Side of Tomato Soup for Serving (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place each Mini Spinach Lavash wrap on a work surface with the short side facing towards you. Spread ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly across each wrap, leaving a small amount of space between the edges.
  2. Roll each cheese-covered wrap up tightly and then set aside with the seam-side facing down.
  3. Put 1 Tbsp unsalted butter on a skillet over medium-low heat until melted. Then, place each roll-up onto the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm with a side of tomato soup!
