INGREDIENTS
- 6 Atoria’s Family Bakery Mini Spinach Lavash Wraps
- 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Side of Tomato Soup for Serving (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Place each Mini Spinach Lavash wrap on a work surface with the short side facing towards you. Spread ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly across each wrap, leaving a small amount of space between the edges.
- Roll each cheese-covered wrap up tightly and then set aside with the seam-side facing down.
- Put 1 Tbsp unsalted butter on a skillet over medium-low heat until melted. Then, place each roll-up onto the skillet.
- Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with a side of tomato soup!
