Grilled Chicken, Tomato & Yogurt Pitas

Juicy grilled chicken and fresh tomatoes are tucked into warm Pita with creamy yogurt sauce. It’s a simple, fresh sandwich that comes together in minutes. Recipe by Sunbasket.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Pita pockets
  • 8 oz cooked grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup yogurt sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the grilled chicken into strips and cut the tomatoes in half.
  2. Toast the Pitas until warm and lightly golden, then cut each in half.
  3. Spread yogurt sauce inside each Pita.
  4. Fill with sliced chicken and tomatoes and serve.
