INGREDIENTS
- 1 Sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
- 6oz steak, grilled and cut
- 2-3 tbsp seasoning
- 2oz chimichurri
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Start by seasoning your steak. Cook your steak on a grill or on the stove top to your liking. Once cooked, slice into strips.
- Prep your toppings. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the onions, and grate the cheese.
- Warm your Lavash on the grill or in the oven. Once warm, begin adding your toppings to your Lavash and finish with a chimichurri drizzle. Slice and serve!
