Jajik with Crisped Traditional Lavash

Some recipes don’t need reinventing. Creamy, herby jajik and crisped Traditional Lavash is the kind of everyday comfort you can pull together without thinking twice. Simple ingredients, generous scoops, and a snack plate that never lasts long.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash Wrap, cut and crisped for serving
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 16 oz small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill + 2 tbsp for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Let the cream cheese and butter come to room temperature. Once softened, combine until very well blended.
  2. Add the cottage cheese and salt to taste, mixing until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the 1/4 cup chopped dill.
  4. Garnish the jajik with the remaining chopped dill and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with crisped Lavash on a snack plate.
