INGREDIENTS
- 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash Wrap, cut and crisped for serving
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 16 oz small-curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill + 2 tbsp for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
INSTRUCTIONS
- Let the cream cheese and butter come to room temperature. Once softened, combine until very well blended.
- Add the cottage cheese and salt to taste, mixing until smooth.
- Gently fold in the 1/4 cup chopped dill.
- Garnish the jajik with the remaining chopped dill and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with crisped Lavash on a snack plate.
