INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Whole Grain & Flax Lavash wraps
- 8 oz ground lamb
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp green harissa sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the lamb, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and cucumber with a pinch of salt and pepper to make the cucumber yogurt sauce.
- Toss the mixed greens with a little green harissa.
- Lay the Lavash flat, spread with green harissa, then add the cooked lamb, greens, and cucumber yogurt. Roll into wraps, slice in half, and serve.
