INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for another minute.
- Place the Lavash wraps on the prepared baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce evenly over each wrap.
- Top with the cooked mushrooms and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the Lavash are crisp. Slice and serve.
