Mushroom Lavash Pizza with Quick Tomato Sauce

Sautéed mushrooms and melty cheese top crispy Lavash with a quick tomato sauce. It’s a simple, thin-crust style pizza that comes together in minutes. Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for another minute.
  3. Place the Lavash wraps on the prepared baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce evenly over each wrap.
  4. Top with the cooked mushrooms and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the Lavash are crisp. Slice and serve.
