INGREDIENTS
- 2-4 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naans
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1 cup spinach
- 6-8 slices of oven roasted turkey breast
- Pepper jack cheese, grated
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Lay your Naans flat and spread a layer of pesto over the top of both.
- Add a layer of spinach, turkey slices, and grated pepper jack cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
- After baking, add your tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Dust with salt and pepper and then add the other Naan on top. Cut into squares to create bite sized sliders. Plate and serve. Enjoy!
