INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Pitas
- 1 pound shrimp, de-shelled
- 2 large mangoes, diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 Serrano chilies, finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 lemons (for lemon juice and zest)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut Pitas into triangles. Coat with oil and air fry or bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cook the shrimp in boiling water until opaque and pink, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, tomato, Serrano chilies, cilantro, and lemon juice.
- Add chopped shrimp to the mango salsa and mix well.
- Serve with Pita chips and enjoy!
