INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Pitas
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil, sprayable works best
DIRECTIONS
- Start by rolling the Pita into itself. Once rolled up, slice with a knife to create pinwheels.
- Split the ends where they connect so they are thin strips.
- Toss the strips into an air fryer and coat with olive oil.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Let them cool before plating and pair with your favorite dip (we used Mediterranean-style hummus). Enjoy!
