Pita Strips

Crunchy, golden, and seriously addictive. Homemade pita chips from Atoria’s Traditional Pita get a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of seasoning before an air-fryer blitz, creating the ultimate snack for hummus, tzatziki, or just munching straight from the bowl.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Pitas
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil, sprayable works best 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by rolling the Pita into itself. Once rolled up, slice with a knife to create pinwheels.
  2. Split the ends where they connect so they are thin strips.
  3. Toss the strips into an air fryer and coat with olive oil.
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Let them cool before plating and pair with your favorite dip (we used Mediterranean-style hummus). Enjoy!
