INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Spinach Lavash wraps
- ⅓ to ½ cup hummus
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 1 small bell pepper (red or yellow), thinly sliced
- 1 handful fresh spinach or mixed greens
- Optional add-ins: cherry tomatoes halved, sliced avocado, fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley), a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of balsamic for brightness
INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and thinly slice all vegetables so they’re easy to layer and roll.

Lay one Spinach Lavash wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread about 2 to 3 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the lavash, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top edge.
- Arrange the cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, and spinach evenly across the lower two-thirds of the wrap. Add any optional ingredients like avocado, herbs, or a squeeze of lemon.
- Starting from the bottom edge closest to you, roll the lavash up tightly over the vegetables, keeping the roll snug as you go. Continue rolling until sealed, using the hummus to help it hold together.
- Place seam-side down and slice in half. Repeat with the second lavash and serve immediately.
