Blueberry, Brie & Prosciutto Lavash Flatbread

Golden Atoria’s Traditional Lavash is topped with melty brie and fresh blueberries, then baked until crisp at the edges. Finished with prosciutto, pistachios, herbs, and a drizzle of honey, it’s the perfect sweet and savory bite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wrap
  • 4–5 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz prosciutto, torn into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp crushed pistachios
  • 1–2 tsp fresh oregano or thyme
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Honey, for drizzling (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place Lavash wrap on parchment and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Layer with brie and blueberries.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  5. Top with prosciutto, pistachios, herbs, and a light drizzle of honey if desired. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
