INGREDIENTS

Strawberry Balsamic Flatbread Ingredients:

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Traditional Lavash wrap
  • Strawberries, thinly sliced
  • Goat Cheese
  • Fresh Mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • Fresh Basil, chopped
  • Traditional Aged Balsamic
  • (Optional) Strawberry Preserves

Caprese Flatbread Ingredients:

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Traditional Lavash wrap
  • Basil Pesto
  • Fresh Mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh Basil, chopped
  • Traditional Aged Balsamic

Creamy Brie & Zucchini Flatbread Ingredients:

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Traditional Lavash wrap
  • Triple Cream Brie, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini or Summer Squash, thinly sliced
  • Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
  • Fresh Basil, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Mini Lavash wraps on the prepared pan. Drizzle with a little olive oil to bake 5-6 minutes.
  3. Layer the flatbreads with your toppings of choice.
  4. Bake again for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Enjoy warm!
