INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sheets Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 2 Yellow Onions, diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Jalapeno, minced
- 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Cans Kidney or Black Beans, drained
- 1 Can Diced Green Chilies
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 2 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, and Chives for topping
DIRECTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or soup pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and break it up with a spoon until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeno. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes, until softened.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Let the chili cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- While the chili is simmering, cut the lavash into squares and coat with olive oil.
- Place Traditional Lavash in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the chili with your Lavash crackers on the side and top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chives. Enjoy!
