INGREDIENTS
- 3 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita pockets
- 8oz seasoned grilled chicken breast
- 9-12 Tbsp tzatziki
- Little gem lettuce salad kit
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pat chicken dry, then slice and set aside to enjoy cold (for warm chicken, heat 1-2 minutes per side on a lightly oiled skillet); thinly slice.
- Toast 3 Pitas until warm and golden; spread each with 3-4 tbsp tzatziki then divide chicken to Pitas; add to plates.
- Add salad kit to a large bowl, drizzle with dressing and toss to combine; divide to plates.
