INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps
- 1¼ lbs Shawarma-seasoned chicken
- ¼ cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp honey mustard sauce
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
- Oil, for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Lay one Lavash wrap flat and spread with honey mustard. Top with shawarma chicken, shredded cheese, and cabbage.
- Fold the Lavash in half to form a quesadilla.
- Place in the skillet and cook until the Lavash is golden and crisp and the cheese is melted, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
