Honey Mustard Shawarma Lavash Quesadillas

Savory shawarma-seasoned chicken, melty cheese, and sweet-tangy honey mustard are layered inside Lavash and toasted until crisp. The result is a warm, cheesy quesadilla packed with bold flavor and a satisfying crunch. Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps
  • 1¼ lbs Shawarma-seasoned chicken
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
  • Oil, for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lay one Lavash wrap flat and spread with honey mustard. Top with shawarma chicken, shredded cheese, and cabbage.
  3. Fold the Lavash in half to form a quesadilla.
  4. Place in the skillet and cook until the Lavash is golden and crisp and the cheese is melted, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the pan, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
