INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita pockets
- 10oz thin-cut beef strips
- 2 coconut curry sauce
- A few handfuls of lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Pat the beef dry, add it to the pan in a single layer, and sear for 2 minutes (add 1 extra minute for well-done). Flip, cook for 1 more minute, season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Meanwhile, toast the Pitas until warm and lightly golden. Slice each Pita in half and place on plates.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce inside each Pita. Divide the beef among the Pitas, top with a handful of lettuce, and serve.
