Fig S’mores

Indulge in a creative twist on the classic s’more with crispy Lavash crackers topped with roasted marshmallows, gooey chocolate, and sweet California dried figs. The result is a crunchy, decadent treat that brings campfire flavor to your kitchen! Recipe by Valley Fig Growers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash Wrap
  • 12 Marshmallows
  • 6 California Golden Dried Figs, stems removed + each fig cut in half
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • Drizzle of Honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the Lavash wrap into 12 (2-inch) squares.
  3. Bake the Lavash squares for 8-10 minutes, or until crisp.
  4. Spread each marshmallow with a bit of honey and stick them onto the Lavash squares.
  5. Roast the outside of the marshmallow using a torch or broil until golden.
  6. Add half a fig and sprinkle on chocolate chunks on top of the toasty marshmallow.
  7. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
