INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Spinach Lavash wraps
- 4oz Hummus
- 1 Beefsteak Tomato
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/4 Cup Olives
- 1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta
- 2 Cups Baby Spinach
DIRECTIONS
- Dice the tomato, onion, and cucumber; Set aside.
- Lay both Lavash wraps out on a cutting board. Spread 2oz of hummus across each sheet. Divide the diced tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, crumbled feta, and spinach evenly across each Lavash wrap, making sure to cover completely.
- Using your hand, gently press down on the toppings to flatten/stick to the hummus, then tightly roll up each Lavash wrap.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a cutting board and cut into 1-inch slices.
