INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash Wraps
- 6 eggs, cracked and whisked
- 4oz cottage cheese
- 1 lemon, zested
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2oz chives, chopped
- 3oz olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Coat Lavash wraps with olive oil.
- Place Lavash wraps in an oven-safe bowl, gently pressing it to take the shape of the bowl.
- Crack eggs over the Lavash wraps. Add cottage cheese, zested lemon, salt and pepper, and whisk together.
- Add a layer of basil, followed by sliced zucchini and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Top with chives and drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
