INGREDIENTS
- 8 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Pitas
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 lb ground lamb
- Ready-made fries
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt + pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cook fries according to directions; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground lamb with thyme, cumin, marjoram, garlic salt, lemon juice, and coriander.
- Spread ~1 tbsp of the seasoned lamb evenly onto each Pita.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high, place pita meat-side down, and cook 3 min until golden. Lower heat, cook 2 min more, then flip for 1 min.
- Spread tzatziki on top, add fries, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. Drizzle with more tzatziki + coriander for garnish. Enjoy!
