INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps
- 1½ cups labneh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: za’atar, fresh herbs, harissa
INSTRUCTIONS
- Scoop the labneh onto a serving plate and spread with the back of a spoon.
- Warm the Lavash until slightly golden and crisp.
- Drizzle with olive oil and finish with a pinch of salt.
- Tear, dip, repeat.
