Labneh with Warm Traditional Lavash

Spread the labneh. Warm the Lavash. Drizzle the olive oil and garnish. That’s it—A starter that feels welcoming the second it hits the table.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps
  • 1½ cups labneh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: za’atar, fresh herbs, harissa

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Scoop the labneh onto a serving plate and spread with the back of a spoon.
  2. Warm the Lavash until slightly golden and crisp.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with a pinch of salt.
  4. Tear, dip, repeat.
