Smash Burger Tacos

These flavor-packed tacos bring together juicy ground beef, melted cheddar, crisp lettuce, and tangy pickles on Atoria’s Family Bakery Mini Traditional Lavash wraps. Topped with a creamy, zesty sauce, they’re a fun, nostalgic twist that’s perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Traditional Lavash Wraps
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 8-10 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup pickles
  • Salt, to taste

Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp diced yellow onion
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped relish
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a Mini Lavash wrap, lay flat and slice in half. With your hands, mash the ground beef onto the Mini Lavash wrap until flat. Sprinkle some sea salt over top.
  2. In a pan, add oil and set to medium low. Lay the Mini Lavash wrap meat side down into the oil coated pan to cook, flipping one the meat is cooked to crisp the outside of your Mini Lavash wrap.
  3. While those are cooking, prep the sauce. Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and stir.
  4. Once the Mini Lavash wraps are cooked, lay them meat side up and add cheddar cheese slices on top of the meat. The heat should melt the cheese.
  5. Once melted, add sauce, lettuce and pickles, and fold into a taco!
