INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita pockets
- 3 mini cucumbers
- 4 Tbsp herb sheep cheese
- 4 Tbsp kale spinach pesto
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast 2 Pitas until warm and golden. Slice Pitas in half.
- Thinly slice 3 cucumbers.

Spread 1 tbsp cheese and 1 tbsp pesto into each half, and then stuff with the sliced cucumbers. Divide to plates and dig in!
