Sheep Cheese & Pesto Pita

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita pockets
  • 3 mini cucumbers
  • 4 Tbsp herb sheep cheese
  • 4 Tbsp kale spinach pesto

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast 2 Pitas until warm and golden. Slice Pitas in half.
  2. Thinly slice 3 cucumbers.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp cheese and 1 tbsp pesto into each half, and then stuff with the sliced cucumbers. Divide to plates and dig in!
