INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Spinach Lavash wraps
  • 1½ cups cooked plant-based protein
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced onions
  • ¼ cup garlic sauce or tahini

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Lay the Lavash wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Add sauce, plant-based protein, and veggies down the center.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  4. Slice in half or serve whole.
