INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Spinach Lavash wraps
- 1½ cups cooked plant-based protein
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced onions
- ¼ cup garlic sauce or tahini
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay the Lavash wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Add sauce, plant-based protein, and veggies down the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Slice in half or serve whole.
